we have advertised, is what you receive.
It gives you the peace of mind that you will actually be staying in the apartment shown
and not turn up and think "What is this" or
"This wasn't how it looked online".
I am sure we have all been there and done it before and don't want to do that
again.
For the owner of the apartment, it ensures that the apartment is paid for and looked
after. This enables other holiday makers to enjoy their trip.
